🎶💛 CALYPSO 💛🎶

BREED-Chihuahua blend

AGE: 2 years old

WEIGHT- 13 lbs.

LIKES: Toys, giving kisses, exploring, walks, being under covers.

DISLIKES: Being still too long.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Very friendly and playful. Loves to give kisses. Would love anything YOU are eating! Very smart, and eager to learn what she should and shouldn’t do. LOVES to be under covers, blankets, especially when cold outside.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Only accident in the house was when she needed out and no one was available to let her out. Good about asking to go out.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: N/A haven’t needed to.

EXTRAS/MISC.: Super sweet and friendly! Not much of a barker, unless really excited about something, like other dogs barking, or playing with her toy. LOVES squeaky toys!

❤️‍🩹 IMPORTANT ❤️‍🩹

Calypso had surgery on her right rear leg/hip, as a result of a pre-existing injury while living as a stray. She is able to use her leg but does require some continued physical therapy (gentle stretches and such…we can show you) to help her learn to use it more. She probably went several months to a year without being able to rely on that leg prior to going into foster care with our rescue. (Thank goodness for our AMAZING foster home providers. They really do so much to ready our dogs and pups for their forever homes. This is just one example.)
