This sweetheart came to us after his person passed. He was very loved and is used to having his person home all of the time and would do best in a similar environment. He is fine being the only dog, and may be a little bossy with other dogs that share his space.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Caspian is very friendly with humans and dogs when out and about. He enjoys short walks and long naps. He loves a squeaky toy to chase and play a light tug. He will talk to you to let you know when he wants something, and will be alert in a new environment until he gets settled.

Caspian is eager to please and wants to be your constant companion. He is very food motivated and knows commands that his current foster is working on. In general, he is just the sweetest boy.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
