🗓️ FRIDAY (f) 🗓️

BREED: Terrier blend

AGE: approx. 1 year old

WEIGHT: 7 lbs.

LIKES: Being held and snuggled is her favorite!

DISLIKES: Being apart from her people.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS:  Friday knows how to use a dog door.  She relieves herself fairly quickly when taken out regularly, and her person accompanies her.  (The fee inside accident she’s had, happened on rainy days.)

CRATE TRAINING: Will use the crate, especially if her person is in the room, but prefers to sleep in bed with you. Friday is quiet and sweet most of the time.  However, she will whine in the kennel if left in a room by herself.

PERSONALITY& MISC. INFO: She is timid upon first meeting with people and dogs.  She loves snuggling with the 3rd grader in her foster home, and listening to them read.  She did well with a 5 year old family member, also.  Friday tends to stick close to her people and follows them everywhere.  She can also jump as high as a regular height bed. (Although, a dog this size should use steps.) She primarily wants to be around her people, but she gets along with all 3 residents dogs (2 small breed and a 15 month old 44 lb. medium sized mixed breed).  Sometimes Friday simply shows her teeth to show subtle dominance. She can be overwhelmed easily, and starts to shake when she is nervous, but has made huge strides while she’s been in foster care.

Friday is really lovely, and will make a fun little companion to a quiet home with people who will show her a lovely life of little adventures and snuggles.
