Matty is a playful and friendly active pup. Matty loves to play with other dogs, big and small, and loves playing with and chewing on toys. He is treat motivated and is obsessed with snuggling on laps.

He will go in a crate easily and sleeps in there at night. He is working on potty training and is doing well with regular trips outside.

His parents are 12 and 17 lbs and we are guessing he will grow to about the same size.

As with all pups, Matty would benefit from puppy training classes and continued socialization and exposure to be the best dog he can be. He is currently in a very common "mouthy" phase and needs a home that can work with him on that.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
