LIKES: Chews, toys, bones, training, playing, going for walks, throwing toys around for herself, pretty much anything active.

DISLIKES: Being alone without her people.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Smart, friendly, bouncy, playful, alert and talkative, sweet, derpy, loving, & snuggly. She has been socialized with people, and quickly forms a bond with her human.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Uses the dog door at her foster home to potty outside (newly potty trained so she still needs help)

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: She doesn't like to be contained but will settle as long as she can see you.

EXTRAS/MISC.: Bizzy Lizzy lives up to her name but she can be calm also. She entertains herself well with chews. She is very smart, eager to please and treat motivated making her a dream to train. She just wants to know what good thing she can do for you next. Always looking at her foster for direction. She is a heavy chewer so she'll need lots of chews and toys so she doesn't get bored. She also likes soft toy and so far hasn't chewed any up. Easily directed if she puts the wrong thing in her mouth (like shoes...). She loves to play with other dogs but will need some help with manners. Small children are not recommended. Because of her alert nature, she cannot live in a an apartment or other areas with shared walls. She will grow to be a large dog and needs an engaged owner that is ready to do the training and work to help Bizzy Lizzy grow into the wonderful pup she can be.

Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
