LIKES: Playing with the other dog in her foster home, cuddles and pets, bully sticks, being carried, and snuggling in fuzzy blankets.

DISLIKES: Being left alone and encountering chickens

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Playful, friendly, loyal, athletic. She's a Velcro dog and would be a good "purse dog" to accompany her family wherever they want to take her.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: She doesn’t know how to use the dog door yet, and does well when she is taken out on a regular schedule.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: She really doesn’t like being alone and cries a lot but eventually settles.

EXTRAS/MISC.: She follows her foster humans everywhere and loves her person! She quickly bonded with her foster mom and gets worried when she’s not around. Great with young kids, cats (mostly) and the other small dog in her foster home and has done well with other dogs at adoption events. She would be a great first dog to someone who wants a constant companion or emotional support animal.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
