Freedom
1 year old, spayed female, 7 lb
Chihuahua mix

LIKES: Freedom is a blanket burrower! Naps, chow time, zoomies after her morning constitutional, grilled chicken, pigs ears and sun bathing are her favorite pastimes.

DISLIKES: Aggressive movements and being picked up without a friendly consultation first. She isn't a fan of a leash. Essentially if it is a forced activity and she will politely decline and shrink/shut down.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Freedom's adjectives are: petite (in every way), sweet, loving, curious, hungry, gentle, silly and cautious.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: She will communicate every time.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: She sleeps full nights in the crate without a peep.

EXTRAS: Freedom would love a home that gives her time and patience. She seems neutral with other polite dogs, not interested in cats. She has shown zero aggression or reactivity in her foster home. She can be left for extended times in or out of crate without being destructive. She would do best in a mature household.

To further inquire about FREEDOM, submit an application.

Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how FREEDOM will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.

We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for FREEDOM, as well as her future family.
