Miss Lemonade is a spunky, courageous, smart little girl. She has been raised in her foster home with big dogs and thinks she is one of them. She loves wrestling with other dogs, playing tug with toys, and chewing all the things. She comes when called and is very interested in following the humans wherever they go. She is also very food motivated.

LIKES: Toys, chewing things, being outside in the yard, other dogs, people

DISLIKES: N/A

POTTY TRAINING: She is well on her way to going potty outside most of the time, but she's still a puppy and will need a solid routine and positive reinforcement to master this.

CRATE TRAINING: She sleeps in a crate with an open door in an X pen in her foster home and she also sleeps in other dogs' crates when she's loose in the house and wants a nap. She will also retreat to a crate with a favorite toy. She also travels well in a crate in the car.

OTHER/MISC: Lemonade's mom is about 14 lbs and we expect her to be a similar size. She seems to be a medum-high energy dog and would likely excell in some type of dog sport that allows her to use her brains and speed.  At the very least she would benefit from puppy classes to help her be the best dog she can be.

This little girl is going to grow to be an amazing dog and will certainly be a source of joy for her family.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
