Meet the Alpha Guardian pups!

Their mama is a Great Pyrenees/Bassett Hound/Cattle Dog mix (according to the DNA test) and she has a sweet disposition.

These pups have been raised in a foster home and handled daily and socialized with other dogs. They are doing very good on their potty training and are very smart and some of them have learned to use the dog door in their foster home. They love to chew and play tug of war and hop on a comfy dog bed when they can.

They are growing a lot and sleep a lot currently, but as they get bigger they would greatly benefit from puppy training for continued socialization and developing good manners. Most of these pups (except Belulah) have short legs like their mom. So they will be large breed short dogs as adults.

Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
