PERSONALITY TRAITS: Friendly, shy, independent, playful, sweet, and loving.

POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Will potty outside if the door is open.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Juniper is crated for sleeping and when the fosters are not home.

EXTRAS/MISC.: Juniper and her siblings were in a shelter for the first four months of their lives so they're learning what it means to live in a house with people. Juniper can be shy to warm up to you, but once she trusts you, she is very affectionate. She can often be found in the yard basking in the sun, or curled up next foster siblings. She does well with a routine, is independent and keeps herself busy if needed. Juniper would do best in a house with a fenced yard and a similar age dog friend who can help her understand how to exist in a home with the humans, and plenty of toys.

Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.
