Marty
1 year, neutered male, 11 lbs
Terrier mix, long and low

LIKES: Mealtime, being around other dogs, snuggling with his humans, hogging the recliner, exploring outside, relaxing in the sun, playing chase, and chew toys.

DISLIKES: Very few, but he gets nervous when left alone. He's ok left alone in the house with other dogs.

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Marty is a very sweet long-and-low velcro dog who loves to follow you everywhere. He is a bit shy when meeting new people, but is super friendly with other dogs. He is especially playful with dogs his size and loves an occasional zoomie or game of chase. He is usually quiet and rarely barks. He will not require lots of exercise and is happiest sitting quietly with his people. He likes to explore outside either solo or with other dogs.

POTTY TRAINING: Marty is fully potty trained when given regular outside access. In his foster home he uses the dog door when he needs out.

CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Marty sleeps in a crate all night with no protest.

OTHER/MISC: Marty doesn't pull while on leash but is still learning to keep moving, he likes to slowly explore and enjoy all the smells. Marty rides well in the car. He is very eager to please and trainable. He would do best in a home with a stay-at-home parent or a dog sibling to keep him company.
